Delete your data

Local data

  1. Open the extension settings and export a backup if needed.
  2. Use the reset or data-clear action in the extension, or remove the extension from Chrome.
  3. To clear manually, open Chrome extension settings and remove the extension data.

Cloud data

  1. Open the Account section and disable auto-save.
  2. Use the cloud deletion option when available.
  3. Alternatively email nnbkilt@gmail.com from the account email and state the product name.

What to include

Specify the product, account email and whether the request covers cloud state, shared collections, account profile or all server-side data. Identity verification may be required to protect the account.

Processing time

Requests are normally processed within 30 days, subject to legal, security and backup-retention requirements.
